Child's Play 3 is an American horror film of the slasher subgenre. It is the third installment in the Child's Play film series and was directed by Jack Bender and written by franchise developer Don Mancini. The movie was produced by Universal Pictures and released theatrically in the United States on August 30th, 1991. The movie stars Justin Whalen as the protagonist Andy Barclay, Andrew Robinson as Major Botnick and Brad Dourif reprising the role of killer Good Guy doll Chucky.

The main setting of the film was shot at Kemper Military School, located at 701 3rd Street in Boonville, Missouri. Scenes of Mister Sullivan's apartment were filmed in Atlanta, Georgia while studio shots were filmed in Los Angeles, California. [1]
