- Phoebe Halliwell can be seen wearing pants underneath her hospital gown. Hospital patients are not allowed to wear anything underneath their hospital gowns in case of emergency.
- In the opening scene where Piper Halliwell is handing out gifts to the other mothers, it is clearly seen that Holly Marie Combs is very pregnant at this time. In fact, she has been pregnant throughout most of season six.
