Charles Langley is a fictional scientist featured in comic books published by Fawcett Publications. He made a single appearance in flashback in Captain Marvel Adventures #78 in November, 1947.
Biography[]
Charles Langley was from the reality known as Earth-S. He was a scientist who as active in the mid-late 1940s. Charles Langley created a robotic automaton that he dubbed "Mr. Atom". He brought his creation to life using radioactive materials, but exposure to the radioactivity cost Doctor Langley his life when his laboratory exploded.
