Chan-Dar is a fictional alien military officer and a minor character featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. She first appeared in Annihilation Conquest: Starlord #1 in September, 2007.
Biography[]
Chan-Dar was a female member of the blue-skinned species of the alien race known as the Kree and was an expatriate of the Kree Empire. Following the Annihilation War, Chan-Dar was stationed on a Kree fringe world called Aladon Prime. The Kree had recovered the gravely injured Peter Quill and Chan-Dar was tasked with removing all of his cybernetic implants so that he could not be infected by the transmode virus of the Phalanx. Once Quill was in suitable health again, Chan-Dar brought him before Galen-Kor, the First-Tier Admiral of Kree Intelligence.
