The cellular regeneration pod is a fictional device featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. It is associated with the Spider-Man line of titles and played a part in "The Clone Saga" storyline. It first appeared in Web of Spider-Man #127 in August, 1995.
History[]
The cellular regeneration pod was invented by Professor Miles Warren. It was kept in the factory area of laboratory in New York City - the same laboratory where he cloned Peter Parker, which led to the existence of Ben Reilly and Kaine Parker.
The clone of The Jackel suffered a major gunshot wound to the chest following a battle with The Punisher. He pleaded with Spider-Man to bring him to the lab and place him inside the cellalar regeneration pod.
