The Cellsmograph is a fictional item featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. It is associated with the Thor line of titles and first appeared in Thor #391 from May, 1988 in a story called "The Madness of the Mongoose!"

The evolved animal-man known as the Mongoose used the cellsmograph to track down Thor Odinson, who had adopted the civilian identity of Sigurd Jarlson. Unfortunately for Mongoose, Spider-Man happened to be in town and teamed up with Thor in order to fight the Mongoose.
