Wesley MacInnes is a television actor. His acting career began in 2009 when he had a bit role as a peeing high school student in the pilot episode of the CW Network television series The Vampire Diaries. He then went on to play Cameron Mahkent - a supervillain also known as the Icicle in the "Absolute Justice" episode of Smallville. MacInnes' character is significant for killing off the powerful mystic figure known as Dr. Fate. Wes then went on to make several recurring appearances on the TV teen drama series Heartland.
