Teruo Aragaki is a Japanese film actor. Fans of daikaiju, or "giant monster" films will recognize his name if not his face. He is best known for playing the role of everyone's favorite happy space turtle, Gamera, in three of the original Shōwa period films. He appeared in Gamera vs. Barugon in 1966. He played Gamera in Gamera vs. Gyaos in 1967, and he reprised the role of Gamera in Gamera vs. Viras in 1968. Teruo was uncredited for his participation in these films.
