Shannon Purser is an American television actress. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia on June 27th, 1997. She is best known for playing the role of murdered teenager Barbara Holland on episodes of the Netflix original series Stranger Things in 2016. After a very brief stint on that series, she went on to play Ethel Muggs on the CW Network television series Riverdale.
