Richard Carr was a television screenwriter born in Cambridge, Ohio on February 24th, 1929. He is best known for his work on action shows of the 1970s, notably The Six Million Dollar Man, of which he wrote or co-wrote the scripts for six episodes. Carr's first episode as teleplay writer was the season two episode "Lost Love". The story was co-written by Melvin Levy. He also worked as a story editor on thirty-two episodes of the series.
Richard Carr passed away in San Diego, California on June 13th, 1988 at the age of 59.
