Religious iconography repulsion

Religious iconography, or any other type of element relating to faith and spirituality, including scripture and locations may actually prove harmful to some beings. In most cases, those who are affected by the presence of Holy articles are of some type of infernal nature such as demons or vampires. A demon might not be able to manifest on or near holy ground. A vampire might be repulsed by the sight of a crucifix. Holy water may cause physical harm to such creatures and some may not be able to enter a church.
