Lovecraft

"Lovecraft" refers to the works of American Gothic horror writer and pioneer of "weird fiction", Howard Phillips Lovecraft. It also refers to Lovecraft's contemporaries, who have continued on with concepts developed by Lovecraft, and crafted their own stories.

• Many works of H.P. Lovecraft, relate to the worlds involving the fictional creature known as Cthulhu. As such, this shared continuity has come to be known as the "Cthulhu Mythos". It should be noted that not all works written by Lovecraft are not necessarily part of the Cthulhu Mythos.
