Frank Windsor was a British actor born in Walsall, England on July 12th, 1927. His earliest works include the role of rogue scientist Dennis Bridger in the 1961 sci-fic series A for Andromeda. He later went on to play two different roles in the Doctor Who TV series, first as Ranulf in the 1983 "The King's Demons" story-arc, then as Inspector Mackenzie in the 1989 storyline, "Ghost Light".
