Esmond Knight was a British television actor born in Surrey, England on May 4th, 1906. He is best known for playing the role of Ernest Reinhart in the 1961 television series A for Andromeda and for playing Dorn Issigri in the "The Space Pirates" story-arc from Doctor Who. Esmond passed away in London, England on February 23rd, 1987.
