Benjamin Eric "Ben" Woolf was an American television actor. He was born in Fort Collins, Colorado on September 15th, 1980. In the horror genre, Ben was best known for playing two different characters on the FX Network television series American Horror Story. He played Thaddeus Montgomery, also known as "Infantata" by production crew on the season one serial, "Murder House", appearing in the pilot episode, as well as episode 1x11, "Birth". He also appeared in the season four serial, "Freak Show", where he played a carnival geek named Meep. Woolf appeared in "Monsters Among Us", "Massacres and Matinees" and "Curtain Call".

Ben Woolf passed away on February 23rd, 2015 at the age of 34. He died from a stroke brought on as a result of a head injury he received when he was clipped by the side mirror of a passing SUV. [1]
