Benjamin A. Foster is an American film and television actor. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts on October 29th, 1980. Ben's first work in film was the 1996 direct-to-video movie Kounterfeit directed by Weird Science actor John Mallory Asher. From 1996-1997, Ben played the role of teenager Tucker James in the comedy series Flash Forward where he co-starred with future Firefly actress Jewel Staite.

In 2005 Ben played Darren Foldes in "The Last Goodbye" episode of Stephen King's The Dead Zone. In 2006 Ben played the role of mutant superhero Warren Worthington, III, aka, Angel in the 2006 comic book movie X-Men: The Last Stand.
