Doctor Who[]

Inside of a tunnel in Liverpool, England in the year 1820, a man named Joseph Williamson spoke to another man about how more workers were needed for his job. Outside, James Stonehouse berated Williamson on the irrelevance of what he was doing. Williamson, however, claimed that he has a reason, but refused to explain why he wass preparing for the "cataclysmic", saying that anyone he told would go mad. (Doctor Who: The Halloween Apocalypse)
