The Cat is an American ongoing comic book series of the superhero fantasy genre. It was published by Marvel Comics from November, 1972 to June, 1973, but only ran for four issues. The series introduced the character of Greer Grant, aka the costumed superhero known as the Cat. The series was written by Linda Fite and showcased a rotating cast of artists. Notable villains that appeared in this series include Zabo Donalbain, The Owl, Commander Kraken, and the Man-Bull.
