Biography[]
Carlton Swayne was a radio personality. He was scheduled to broadcast a story wherein the Justice Society of America were to be given a National Citizens Award for crime-fighting. However, when it came time to broadcast the story, Swayne instead triumphed the accomplishments of the Injustice Society of the World, decrying the Justice Society as fools and that justice was overrated.
He then produced a gun and fired it at the assembled JSA members, but missed. The Justice Society pursued him, but Swayne leaped out of a window seemingly to his death. [1]
