"Out of Time (Part 2)" is the second issue of the fifth Captain America ongoing comic book series published by Marvel Comics. The story was written by Ed Brubaker with artwork, inks and cover art by Steve Epting. Artist Michael Lark penciled select pages of this issue. It was colored by Frank D'Armata and lettered by Randy Gentile of Virtual Calligraphy. The story was edited by Tom Brevoort with Andy Schmidt, Nicole Wiley, and Molly Lazer as assistant editors. This issue shipped with a January, 2005 cover date and carries a cover price of $2.99 per copy (US).
