The issue was written and illustrated by Jack Kirby, who also provided the cover art composition for this issue. It was inked by Dan Green, with cover inks by John Verpoorten. It was colored by George Roussos with Joe Rosen on lettering. The issue was edited by Jack Kirby with Archie Goodwin serving in the capacity of consulting editor. It shipped with a cover date of September, 1977 and had a cover price of 30 cents per copy (.35 with later distributions).
