"To Serve and Protect" is the story title to the first collected volume in Captain America, Volume 3. It includes the first seven issues of the series in trade paperback format. The first storyline is written by Mark Waid with artwork by Ron Garney and Bob Wiacek. The second half of the volume, also written by Waid, is illustrated by Dale Eaglesham and Scott Koblish. The volume was published by Marvel Comics with a February, 2002 cover date and carried a cover price of $17.95 per copy (US).
