Cameron Westlake was an officer for the Metro City Police Department (MetroPol) and the former partner of a man named Carpenter. She first became involved in the Viper Project task force after pulling over Thomas Cole as he was caught speeding while delivering the new Viper Defender vehicle to Metro City.
