Caltiki, the Immortal Monster is an Italian feature film of the horror genre, dealing with the subject of slime monsters. It was primarily directed by Robert Hamton with uncredited directing assists from Mario Bava. The screenplay was written by Philip Just with assists from Robert Hamton. The film was produced by Galetea S.p.A. and distributed through Lux Film. The English dubbed version was distributed through Allied Artists Pictures. It was released in Italy on August 8th, 1959. It was released in the United States on September 20th, 1960.
