Biography[]
Buzz was the nickname/call-sign of a clone trooper cultivated from the genetic template of bounty hunter Jango Fett. Like all clones, he was biologically modified with programming directives and artificially aged into adulthood. Buzz was grown by the cloners of the planet Kamino as part of an order placed by former Jedi Master Sifo-Dyas.
Buzz served in the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars and was a member of the 41st Elite Corps. In 22 BBY, Buzz and his squad participated in the Second Battle of Geonosis, which was led by General Anakin Skywalker and General Ahsoka Tano. He served under Captain Rex and often fought alongside his clone trooper brother Draa.
Buzz's preferred weapon of choice was the Z-6 rotary blaster cannon, which he implemented against an advancing force of Separatist super tanks. [1]
In the aftermath of this mission, Buzz was part of the group tracking down Separatist Council member Poggle the Lesser to the Progate Temple on Geonosis. During this mission, Buzz was killed by an undead Geonosian that had been reanimated by a brain worm. [2]
