Buster was a middle-aged black man who lived in the town of Bunkie, Louisiana in the late 2000s. He was a regular patron at Big Patty's Pie House. In 2008, Sam Merlotte and Sookie Stackhouse of the town of Bon Temps, came into Big Patty's and asked Buster, as well as a waitress named Harley, some questions relating to a former employee of the establishment, Cindy Marshall, and the mysterious circumstances behind her death.
