Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Spike and Dru is a comic book trade paperback collection that reprints all three issues of the Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Spike and Dru comic limited series published by Dark Horse Comics. The series is based on the characters of Spike & Drusilla as first seen in the Buffy the Vampire Slayer television series on the WB Network. - Co-writer James Marsters is actually an actor who plays the role of Spike on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel.
- The cover to this volume is a screenshot from Buffy the Vampire Slayer featuring actors James Marsters and Juliet Landau.
- Spike's actions during the Boxer Rebellion were originally chronicled in the "Fool for Love" episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, which aired in November, 2000 - one month before the cover date release of issue #3.
