- Bruce Boxleitner and Babylon 5 co-star Peter Jurasik both appeared together in the 1982 film Tron - another project known for it's state of-the-art visual effects. Boxleitner played the titular role of the sentient computer program Tron as well as the program's user, Alan Bradley. Jurasik played the role of Crom.
- Bruce Boxleitner married Little House on the Prarie star Melissa Gilbert on January 1st, 1995, but the couple has since filed for divorce. Gilbert appeared on three episodes of Babylon 5 as the wife of John Sheridan.
