"A Thing Is Born"[]
A motorcycle gang attacks a group of hippies in San Francisco. The hippies take refuge inside of an abandoned tailor's shop. They hang their wet clothes atop a tailor's dummy. A year later, during a rainstorm, a bolt of lightning strikes a radiator in the building, which sends an electrical surge into the mannequin, bringing it to life. The mannequin befriends the group of hippies, who dub it Brother Power. Brother Power joins the circus, fights off more motorcycle gang members, and even runs for congress!
