Brimstone is a comic book limited series of the western and horror genres. It was published by Zenescope Entertainment and ran for seven issues from May, 2011 to February, 2012. The series was written by Michael Lent & Brian McCarthy with artwork by Hyungsang Michael Cho. Lettering was by Bernie Lee. The series was edited by Michael Lent and Brian McCarthy. The setting for this series is the newly formed state of Nevada in the year 1864. Following the massacre of a Native American cavern near the Brimstone Mine, the members of the Walker Mining Company find themselves the target of an Indian curse. Forming a posse of bounty hunters the align themselves with the sole survivor of the camp - a woman named Annabelle. Dreams of finding veins of gold takes a back seat to surviving hordes of supernatural forces and the undead.
