X-Men film series[]
Brickman, first name unknown, is a fictional politician featured in the X-Men film series. Played by actor Michael Lerner, he appeared in the 2014 film X-Men: Days of Future Past.
Brickman was a member of the United States Senate during the early 1970s. He was part of a panel to overhear a proposal by industrialist Bolivar Trask to create an army of robotic sentinels designed to track down and target mutants. Given as how mutants comprised such a small portion of the population, the senators felt that such a monetary expenditure would be unrealistic. Brickman told Trask that his plan "ain't gonna fly".
