Biography[]
Brian Kitka was the brother of Billy Kitka of Barrow, Alaska. He had a son named Marcus. Brian's brother, and his immediate family, fell victim to Vicente's vampire horde when they raided Barrow in 2001. This event also saw the demise of the town's sheriff, Eben Olemaun. Following this affair, a second sheriff was put into place, but quit his job soon after. In 2004, Brian came to Barrow with Marcus and took up the position of the new sheriff. His deputy was Donna Sikorski.
A second horde of vampires, led by a German named Werner, descended upon Barrow nights after Brian first arrived. Brian tucked Marcus safely away in Eben and his widow, Stella Olemaun's old house, then coordinated efforts with Donna and a trapper named John Ikos to defend Barrow. With some help from the resurrected Eben, as well as Stella (who was now a vampire as well), they were able to vanquish the second vampire horde.
