Brainard is a fictional cultist and a minor antagonist featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is associated with stories involving the Man-Thing and first appeared in Adventure Into Fear #13 in April, 1973.
Biography[]
Brainard, first name unknown, was an evil cultist and a member of the Cult of Zhered-Na, led by Joshua Kale. Brainard accused Kale of being in league with demons, and for having stolen the Tome of Zhered-Na.
