In 1971, the Time Lord teleported to Earth and appeared before the Doctor. He warned him that his old nemesis, The Master, had returned and would surely be scheming to kill the Doctor. To this end, the Time Lord further warned the Doctor that the Master had rigged a booby trap at the Beacon Hill Research Establishment. [2]
