Boris Bullski is a fictional Russian citizen and an agent of the USSR featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. Better known as the Titanium Man, he is presented as a foe of Iron Man and has made frequent appearances in the Iron Man family of titles. The character was created by writer Stan Lee and artist Don Heck and first appeared in Tales of Suspense #69 in September, 1965. Along with the Crimson Dynamo, the Titanium Man serves as the Russian counterpart to Iron Man.

- Was stationed out of Siberia during the early years of his career.
- Was a one-time partner of Natasha Romanoff before she defected to the United States.
- Boris Bullski is responsible for the accidental death of Janice Rand, who was Tony Stark's lover at the time. [1]
- Kondrati Topolov briefly used the Titanium Man armor during a period that Bullski was out of commission. His career as Titanium Man was brief however and he died during the Armor Wars.
