Bon Accord is a town located in the central region of the province of Alberta in Canada. The name is taken from a region in Aberdeen, Scotland. It was established as a village in 1964, and became incorporated as a town in 1979.
In the Marvel Universe, Bon Accord was the sight of a great battle between the Canadian super-hero team Alpha Flight and the monstrous hordes of the Chaos King. The Great Beasts got into the fight as well. Alpha Flight member Walter Langkowski made a bargain with the Great Beasts in order to resurrect the deceased members of his group for this battle against the God-Killer. [1]
