A bokken is a Japanese practice sword. Wolverine witnessed a theatrical production in Agarashima, Japan where performers used bokken. Japanese crime lord Shingen Harada also utilized such a sword. In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Colleen Wing operated a dojo out of the Chinatown district in New York City where she taught her students self defense techniques using a bokken. Danny Rand used a Bokken to trip-up a student who was being disrespectful of the dojo.
