Allusions[]

  • The title of this episode is taken from the 1964 spaghetti western film A Fistful of Dollars. The film was directed by Sergio Leone and stars Clint Eastwood as the "Man With No Name".
  • Grace d'Argento makes reference to MacGyver in this episode. Macgyver was a television action series starring Richard Dean Anderson. It aired on ABC from 1987 to 1992. The gimmick of the show was that the eponymous Angus McGyver would routinely cobble together impressive gadgets using rudimentary materials, such as, creating a bomb out of duct tape, bailing wire, a wrist watch and bubble gum.
