Blackhawk is an American ongoing comic book series of the action and war genres. It was published by DC Comics, and ran for sixteen issues from March 1989 until August 1990. The series continues from the Blackhawk back-up feature from early issues of Action Comics Weekly, which in itself, was a continuation of the 1988 Blackhawk prestige format limited series.

- The character of Bart Hawk, aka "Blackhawk", first appeared in the first story featured in Military Comics #1 in August, 1941. In the 1988 Blackhawk mini-series, the character's name was retroactively changed to Janos Prohaska.
