Natasha Romanoff

Natasha Romanoff 001

The Black Widow is the name of several fictional adventurers featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. The first and most well-known of these characters is Natalia Romanova, aka Natasha Romanoff, who was introduced as a KGB spy in Tales of Suspense #52 and a foe of Iron Man. She eventually severed her ties with the Russian government and became a freelance costumed agent and a member of the Avengers.

Yelena Belova

Yelena Belova was selected by the Russian government as an enhanced espionage operative who would remain loyal to the Russian government. When the US and Russian sent Natasha Romanova after the Deathless Frenzy, Yuri Stalyenko sent Yelena, at her own insistence, to shadow Natasha to ensure that the serum ended up in Russian hands. Yelena was captured from her home by S.H.I.E.L.D. agents and had a surgical operation where her face was swapped with Natasha's.

Widow Johnson

In The Lost Boys, the Widow Johnson was the coveted interest of an elderly man known as Grandpa. Grandpa was actually a vampire hunter and knew that the Widow Johnson, aka the Black Widow, was secretly an ancient and powerful vampire.
