"Enemy of the State II, Book Three: The Kiber Chronicles" is the title to the forty-third issue of the third volume of Black Panther published by Marvel Comics. It is the third installment in the five-part "Enemy of the State II" storyline. The story was written by Christopher Priest with artwork by Sal Velluto and inks by Bob Almond. Velluto and Almond also rendered the cover art illustration to this issue. It was colored by Jennifer Schellinger and lettered by Paul Tutrone. The story was edited by Mike Marts with Mike Raicht as assistant editor. This issue shipped with a June, 2002 cover date and carries a cover price of $2.50 per copy (US).
