Bio-weaponry is a super-power and refers to an individual's ability to generate weaponry from within their own body. It is an applicaton of shape-shifting and the range of the ability varies depending upon the limitations and imagination of the wielder.
The Daredevil villain known as Bushwacker possesses this power and can generate a high-powered cannon from his forearm. The effect is actually a cybernetic appendage, but it is intervwoven within the musculature of his arm, allowing him to activate the device upon mental command.
In DC Comics, the character Guy Gardner possessed this power for a period of time. When Guy awakened to his Vuldarian heritage, his body began to harness the abilities of this extinct alien race. Guy could form and wield a variety of weapons including handheld weapons and firearms.
The occult heroine known as Darkchylde can manipulate her own body to assume characteristics from creatures culled from her darkest nightmares. In addition to a pair of demonic wings, she could also transform her hand into a savage claw capable of rending flesh.
The Ghost Rider villain known as Skinner is a member of the Lilin who possesses this ability. He can produce axe-blades from his forearms, and can also project sharp bone spikes from his spine.

- Ghost Rider & Blaze: Spirits of Vengeance 3 - Skinner has axe-blades that come out of his forearms.
- Vampblade 7 - DWS Glarkians develop bio-weaponry hand blades similar to Vampblades.
- Vengeance of Vampirella Vol 2 2 - Pendragon uses bio-weaponry to stab a bunch of bat-demons.
