Billy Tucker is a fictional character featured in comic books published by DC Comics. He was referenced in Action Comics #874 in April, 2009, but did not make an actual appearance. Billy Tucker was a young boy from Suicide Slum in Metropolis. He was a classmate of Gwen Harper and presumably was of about the same age. Billy Tucker tried to bully Gwen, but as she was the clone daughter of Jim Harper, the Guardian, she was not one to cower from conflict. Glen retaliated, making Billy urinate himself in front of everyone. Gwen went home that evening and told her father about the incident.
