Biography[]
Billy Leffingwell was an African American male who worked as a police officer from New York. He married a woman named Rhonda Taddington. The two made reservations to spend their honeymoon at the Honeymoon Hopechest Motel, but left after only one night because they did not like the decor.
Billy and Rhonda stopped at a bank, but while they were there, two bank robbers held the place up. Even though he was outside his jurisdiction, Billy attempted to stop them and one of them shot him. James Rhodes, the new Iron Man, arrived and incapacitated the bank robbers. Billy's wound proved superficial however, and he eventually recovered. [1]
