Billy was a deputy for Lundy County, Arkansas. He was the pride of the department and the apple of Sheriff Sparks' eye, who could not stop singing the praises of his young charge - that was until he started dating his daughter, Violet. After that, Billy could do no right in the sheriff's eyes. One day, Billy and Violet were having a picnic near the river. Violet dozed off for a bit, but when she awakened, she turned to find Billy lying dead on the blanket with a bullet hole in his head. (Lady Demon Vol 2 1)

Chamber of Darkness[]
Billy is a character who appeared in Chamber of Darkness #7. Billy and his cohort Clive hailed from a small European town and sought to steal a golden statue of an angel in the hopes of smelting it down for valuable, transportable gold. The sculptor, Vogel, was actually an evil gargoyle who punished Billy and Clive for their wickedness by dunking them in a vat of molten gold.
Moon Knight[]
Billy was an orderly who worked at the Mercy Hospital for the Mentally Ill in New York City, New York. He worked alongside another orderly named Bobby. Billy was known to be quite abusive to the patients under his care, and was particularly fond of tormenting Marc Spector, who had been diagnosed with Dissociative Identity Disorder. They warned Spector not to go to the staff with the truth behind the bruises they put upon him. Despite the brutality of the orderlies, and being subjected to electro-shock therapy, Spector managed to briefly escape from the hospital. He hallucinated that his orderlies resembled Anubis warriors from Ancient Egypt. (Moon Knight Vol 8 1)
Puppet Master[]
Billy is a character featured in the Puppet Master film series. Played by actor Sean Ryan, he appeared in the 1991 film sequel Puppet Master II. Billy was a young boy who lived in Los Angeles County, California. He enjoyed playing with actions figures and a toy whip. Billy encountered an animated killer doll known as Torch, which he began whipping for fun. Torch showed him how "fun" violence could be by turning his flamethrower upon him, killing him.

Billy was a soldier serving in the Blackhawk Idaho Six extraction team for the International Security Assistance Force. The team's helicopter crash-landed in the highland region of Eastern Afghanistan. Billy was thrown from the wreckage across the edge of a ravine. As he scrambled to gain purchase, he screamed out for his fellow soldier, Cooper, but she was unable to reach him in time, and Billy fell to his death. (Stitched 1)
The Walking Dead[]
Billy was a young boy who was a toddler during the early years of the zombie apocalypse. He was the son of Allen and Donna, and had a twin brother named Ben. He was part of the original campsite group outside of Atlanta. He then took up brief shelter at the Greene farm in rural Georgia. After the farm became overrun with walkers, the family relocated to an abandoned prison for a prolonged period of time. Following the deaths of Allen and Donna, Billy was adopted by Andrea and Dale. As the twins grew older, his brother Ben became psychotic. He brutally murdered Billy by stabbing him to death. Carl Grimes avenged Billy's death by shooting Ben. Both brothers were buried together.
