Plot[]

Now that things have settled down a bit, the Biker Mice from Mars introduce themselves to Charley Davidson. They tell her their origins and how they were once Freedom fighters, defending their home world from the evil Plutarkian invaders. Their last encounter with the Plutarkians forced them to crash-land on Earth.

Meanwhile, Greasepit returns to his master Lawrence Limburger and tells him of his failure to bully Charley out of her shop. Lawrence, being a Plutarkian himself, remembers the Biker Mice and orders his chief scientist, Doctor Karbunkle, to literally build a better mouse trap.

At the last chance garage, Charley outfits the Bikers' motorcycles with new weaponry, making them even more formidable than they were before. This is fortunate, as Greasepit returns with his own brand new bag of tricks. The Bikers' accidentally bowl Greasepit over while testing out their new hardware, but the surly underling gets the upper hand and manages to capture Charley. The Bikers ride circles around him and use their tech to defeat Greasepit a second time. Throttle uses his cycle's exhaust rocket to blast Greasepit into the sky. He sails across town and crashes through Limburger's office window. Lawrence is enraged and stomps down to the laboratory to see what solution Karbunkle has come up with. Doctor Karbunkle presents his latest weapon - the X-Terminator.
