"Mirror, Mirror" is the premiere episode of the Canadian sci-fi/horror television series Beyond Reality. It was directed by Allan Kroeker and written by Robin Jill Bernheim and James Kahn. It first aired on Friday, October 4th, 1991. The episode introduces two paranormal investigators, Laura Wingate, played by Shari Belafonte and J.J. Stillman, played by Carl Marotte. Together, they research unexplained cases of telekinesis, ghostly apparitions, out of body experiences and other inexplicable phenomena.

- "Mirror, Mirror" is also the title to episode four from season two of the original Star Trek television series.
- This episode is the first science fiction work for actress Nicole de Boer. Nicole, credited as Nikki de Boer in this series, will go on to play two important roles in other programs. She will play Sarah Bracknell Bannerman in Stephen King's The Dead Zone and she will play Ezri Dax in season seven of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
