Beatrix Keener is a fictional costumed criminal and a recurring antagonist featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. She is associated with the Captain America line of titles and first appeared in Captain America #341 in May, 1988.

Devil's Reign[]
Along with Puff Adder, Coachwhip was recruited into the Thunderbolts. She played a role in the assault on Lindsay McCabe, which earned them both the enmity of Spider-Woman. Spider-Woman fought Coachwhip and Puff Adder simultaneously, and repelled Coachwhip by elbowing her in the breast. [1]

- Beatrix Keener take her name from the Coachwhip (masticophis flagellum), which is a breed of snake found throughout the southern United States. Coachwhips can grow up to eight feet in length. [2]
