- Chute's was a business located in the Bay Ridge neighborhood of Gotham City. Corrupt Gotham City Police Department detective Arnold Flass would go there when he was off-duty to play poker with his cop friends. One evening, James Gordon, after suffering from a severe beating by Flass and his cronies, tracked his partner down to Chute's. He waited outside in his car until everyone had left.
