"I Am Gotham" is the story title to the second issue of the third Batman comic book series published by DC Comics. The story was written by Tom King with artwork by David Finch and inks by Matt Banning & Danny K. Miki. The cover art illustration was rendered by David Finch as well. It was colored by Jordie Bellaire and lettered by John Workman. The story was edited by Mark Doyle with Rebecca Taylor as associate editor. This issue shipped with a September, 2016 cover date and carries a cover price of $2.99 per copy (US).

- Reference is made to Arkham Asylum in this issue. This is the resident mental health facility that treats the worst of Gotham's criminal environment. If you're a baddie with a gimmick, chances are you've been strapped to an electro-therapy table at Arkham.
- The "Monster Men" are referenced in this issue. The Monster Men are the freakish creations of Hugo Strange, and their existence dates all the way back to Batman #1 in June, 1940.
- Reference is made to Barbara Gordon in this issue. Barbara Gordon is the daughter of James Gordon, and has also led a double life as Batgirl, as well as Oracle.
- Reference is made to Dick Grayson in this issue. Dick Grayson was the first teen sidekick to call himself Robin, and was also the original leader of the Teen Titans. As an adult, he became Nightwing and has even stood in for Batman on occasion.
